Divers learn the basic principles online before the practical class starts. The physical diving begins in confined water where students learn fundamental diving skills and how to use all the important equipment. After that, students move onto open water dives to have their skills reviewed and start exploring the deep blue sea. The course includes home study, practical pool training (including 200m swim) and practical open water training.
