Had been to this property recently. We booked online through an agency. Everything was in order…The welcome was really 'A' class. which is quite uncommon in Bengal. Refreshing wet towels.... soft drinks .... proper greetings. The stuff was really courteous throughout our stay. Every time we were greeted properly. We were in a double bedded room. Very neat and clean. The excellent part is the service. Whenever you call, the room may be cleaned. The house keeping staff were really nice. The swimming pool was properly maintained. The change room was tidy. After the shower, the arromated towel was a nice experience…If you reach there by own car, if it is soiled, a clean-wash-service may be requested at the reception and the job will get executed. This type of personal touch is appreciated…The restaurant was "Splash". Ambiance is very good. Food quality is good…
